Window World was awesome from the time they came out for the initial estimate until they left the property when the install was complete. I had a large custom window which did take some time to fabricate, so there was a little wait on that. But I couldn’t be happier. The estimator was nice and courteous and they came back about a week later for 2nd and final measurement(measure twice, cut once). Install took about 6 hours. Very pleased.

These guys did a great job on our siding and were very efficient. I hate they worked in the rain for a bit, but they are dedicated. Thanks John

Haven't gotten my doors yet but so far experience has been great. Jess Smith the salesman understood what I wanted right away with no attempt to upsell. He was very nice and efficient as was the person who came to officially measure what we have. I expect all to be very good and will update this review if all goes south with installation. I ordered a storm door and inside door.

Seth came in a timely manner. He was polite and professional. He took the time to explain the product and the warranty and answered all our questions. We are excited to have our new windows installed. Window world had the best price and best product. Will update when the windows are installed. 😎 Thank you Seth for being outstanding!
P.s. he will do a awesome fire and ice test! Please ask him to do it! You won't be disappointed!

The technicians were so professional and polite during the installation of our windows and guttering. They were all so very respectful and had such wonderful attitudes about the work they were performing. The guttering and window installation teams sent to our home completed with such craftsmanship and were all so very skilled at their trade. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish! I would give Window World’s on site customer service and workmanship a two thumbs up and a 10 out of 10 for satisfaction during and after the work. We’ll be recommending Window World’s to all our friends and families for all their window and guttering needs.

The fellows that came out this morning to install my window(and worked in the bitter cold), did and excellent job. Mr. Ramos and his partner went above and beyond. I know they were freezing but they never slowed down. My window looks beautiful. I'm so very happy with it. I highly recommend Window World. The are very professional and friendly. If I had a complaint I'm sure it would be addressed immediately. I had all my windows replaced by Window World in 2007 (all but this one they did today) and they are still beautiful, as if they were just installed. Don't put it off, let Window World replace your windows.

The only thing that leaves a sour taste in my mouth is the "set up and removal of waste "charge of $150 when I kept all the old windows and burned most of the trash. However I must say Dylan and Jacob did an excellent job installing the windows, they were courteous and very conscience about their work and I do believe they are good quality windows. Overall I am very pleased with the installation and windows.

We just had new windows, doors and siding put on our home. It looks like a brand new house! I can’t express my gratitude enough to John Poole, Eric Pearce and Christian Baker. Not only did they do exceptional work they were also kind, friendly and incredibly professional. They could not have made a huge exterior remodel more pleasant and stress-free. Even with our tiny driveway and my want to maintain the historical craftsman style features of a house built in 1930. You guys are truly amazing at what you do:) Thanks so much!! I used Window World for a complete exterior update of my home. From the initial phone call to the final installation, the entire team was professional, courteous, responsive, and friendly. The work was done on schedule and the crews were very considerate and careful about cleanup at the end of the day. I want to especially thank Lance, Mark Sr., and Dylan who went above and beyond. I appreciate all they did and I love how my home looks now!
