Hopefully these 3 basement windows will outlast me. They look great. And my installer did a great, custom job setting up the clothes dryer vent in one of the windows. It looks just like it was designed to be that way! Thanks, people!

Quality windows at a very reasonable price. Time from purchase to installation was well within expectations. Bobby and Keisha did an exceptional job installing the windows and we’re very nice to have working around our home. My big Doberman even approved lol!

We love how our new casement windows changed the whole look of the house and brought it into the right decade. We have noted a dramatic reduction in cost for cooling our house and are able to use our screens in every window. Our installation was was impressive. Alexey Ramos and his assistant may be the hardest working men we have ever seen. They worked full days in the summer heat without complaint. Their attention to detail was noted as well as their amazing work ethic. These guys didn't even take breaks other than lunch in our driveway. No smoking, foul language, or messy construction areas. They took great pride in their work and the results are nothing short of amazing. Even our our original sales representative, Lance Schumate was exceptional in presentation, knowledge of product, knowledge of construction as well as pleasant in nature. Our experience was quite unbelievable and satisfying. Very happy Customers.

Everyone has been very professional, the crew that worked on my home were very reliable and went out of there way to make sure everything was correct. Crew leader Mark Sr. I would recommend his crew to anyone for board and batten siding.

Joel and his team were very well organized and professional. The job turned out better than I had hoped for and done in a reasonable amount of time. They kept me up to date and never hesitated to communicate with me. I will in the future look towards window world because of Joel and his team. When they finished they cleaned up very well and made sure that I was happy and satisfied.

Replaced all windows with triple pane windows. Compared to big box stores and other window companies the price and lifetime warranty couldn’t be beat. No surprises or up sale. Salesman explained the whole process and was very knowledgeable on products. Although the salesman measured and took notes, another representative came and measured again to verify the numbers. Installation went smooth and fast. Window World has their own install crews, no subcontractors. Every morning the work crew called and told me why to expect and when they would be there. They showed without fail. Great care and attention to detail in the install and clean up. Very pleased with the work.

I had two garage doors and one sliding patio door replaced. All were high quality and quite attractive. Estimator Lance was very thorough and patient. Installers Jordan and Robert were well qualified and friendly. I had windows done a few years ago by window world so I am a repeat customer.
