I’ve been highly impressed with the professionalism throughout my window installation. Dylan led the final install; he was courteous and made sure that all of my questions were answered and understood. I’ll be continuing future installs with Window World and would recommend them to anyone.

We needed our 20+ year old windows and a French door replaced and selected Window World after receiving several other estimates. From the Sales person to the front office to the installers....everyone has been extremely professional and proficient to work with. We did have a hiccup with our living room windows but Window World kept us informed throughout the whole process of having to reorder them all the way to installation. The installers were very experienced and clean with their work. I would highly recommend Window World for all of your home updates and/or repairs.

We just had double front doors installed. It is a beautiful door and the workmanship/installation crew were great. I could not be happier.

We had 13 windows installed by Window World in the middle of January. Thermopane, double hung with built in screens - fully wrapped outside casings. It has been 2.5 months and we can really hear and feel the difference. The house is quieter and the drafts are gone. The best part, half the price of the previous quote from another installer. If you're thinking about getting new windows, give Window World of Tri-Cities a shot at giving you a price. It makes the decision for you.

Justin was the seller for Window World, great product and a better salesman. We got a couple of other quotes, their sales was negative , and they didnt care if we got their product or not. Thanks Justin and Window World
